Dr. Elvis is nationally Board Certified to practice dentistry in both Canada and USA. He had previously volunteered and worked with the international organization, Dentistry without Borders, and he a part of previous mission trips to Peru pre-pandemic.
Dr. Elvis aims to promote oral health and to bring a brighter smile for his patients. He is passionate about helping his patients and providing an enjoyable dental experience to everyone. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Elvis enjoys exploring and hiking in the great Canadian outdoors.

Dr. Jae W. Chang is a dentist with extensive experience spanning 22 years in the Etobicoke and Hamilton regions of Ontario in Canada. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Western Ontario, in 2000. Over the years, he has continued to learn about dentistry, focusing on modern technologies, with a specific interest in oral implants.
In 2003, Dr. Chang embarked on a part-time residency training course with Dr. George Zarb at the University of Toronto on implantology. In 2015, Dr. Chang pursued an MSc degree in Oral Implantology at one of the most prestigious universities in Germany, the JW Goethe University. Following his degree, his thesis on Implant Stability Quotient and Bone-to-Implant contact area analyses of immediately placed implants in Human Cadavers was presented at the Congress in Oral Implantology in Germany university ITI (International Team of Implantology, Switzerland) North America Congress in Chicago.
Dr. Chang has taught and lectured at the “Live Implant Training Institute” in several global locations, educating general dentists and specialists from the USA and Canada on oral implantology. This inspired him to pursue full-time graduate study to specialize in Periodontics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. During his formal training at the university, he was awarded the “Doctor of Dental Medicine Teaching Award’ in recognition of excellence in teaching for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021.
Diana is the office manager at West Etobicoke Dental Centre. She overlooks flow of the entire clinic from patient inquiry to admission process. Her strength is to accommodate the needs of each patient. She utilizes her experience in various aspects of dentistry to ease the procedure. She is also knowledgeable with the financial matters, such as insurance coverage.
Adrianna is the dental hygienist at our clinic. Having a great oral hygiene care is the corner stone of achieving and maintaining excellent oral health. She contributes tremendous value to the patient care in multiple levels. She has been working with Dr.Chang for years and they share similar principle that preventive dentistry through conservative approach is the best way to keep your smile.
